Why TitanLocTM

Retention and load transfer

Mechanically expanded installation is positioned to deliver stronger interface retention than slip-in plain bushings and to substitute for legacy interference-fit approaches where installation burden is a concern.

Fretting resistance

Improved contact condition at the housing interface supports reduced micro-motion and better resistance to fretting damage in repaired or production holes.

Structural repair flexibility

Suitable for general hole repair, oversize restoration, and plain-bearing style product integration where a robust retained liner is needed.

Materials and finishes

Available across aluminum nickel bronze, copper beryllium, CRES, and alloy steel with finish options including passivation, aluminum coat, zinc-nickel, and anti-fretting epoxy by configuration.
